kdbd Terms and Conditions

1.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and use any service on the kdbd platform, you must be at least 21 years of age. We may request proof of age at any time and reserve the right to suspend or close an account if satisfactory proof is not provided.

1.2 One Person, One Account

Each individual may open only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and all winnings will be forfeited.

1.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate and complete. Providing false information will result in immediate account closure and any remaining balance may be forfeited. If your information changes, you must notify kdbd without delay.

2.1 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Sharing login details with any third party is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.

2.2 Account Verification (KYC)

We may verify your identity at any time. Any one of the following documents may be required for verification:

• National Identity Card (NID)
• Passport
• Driving Licence
• Bank statement or proof of payment method

Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

2.3 Account Currency

All transactions on the kdbd platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT).

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions apply at the time of withdrawal:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 5–30 minutes
• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to verified payment methods
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method (where applicable)

3.3 Transaction Authenticity

All deposits and withdrawals must be made from your own payment account. Use of third-party accounts is strictly prohibited and, if proven, will result in immediate account closure.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

On your first deposit at kdbd, you will receive a 200% welcome bonus of up to ৳8,000. The following conditions apply to receive this bonus:

• Bonus wagering requirement: 25x (deposit + bonus)
• The bonus applies to the first deposit only
• The bonus must be activated within the specified timeframe after claiming
• The same person may not claim the welcome bonus more than once

4.2 General Bonus Rules

The following general rules apply to all bonus offers:

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn — the wagering requirement must be met first
• kdbd reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel bonus offers
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the account will be investigated and the bonus may be cancelled
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts will be treated as fraud

4.3 VIP Program

The kdbd VIP program has three tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Users can advance to higher tiers based on their activity and contribution. kdbd reserves the right to change the terms of VIP benefits at any time.

5.1 Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game or event. The specific limits are displayed on the game or event page. kdbd reserves the right to carry out additional verification for high-value or unusual bets.

5.2 Technical Errors

If any bet or game result is affected by a server error, network outage or software fault, kdbd reserves the right to void that bet or round and refund the stake amount.

5.3 Sports Betting Rules

For betting on cricket, football or other sports:

• If a match is abandoned or cancelled, the bet will be voided and the stake will be returned
• If incorrect odds are offered, the right to cancel the bet is reserved
• The official rules of BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and other international tournaments apply
• Live betting odds are subject to change after a match has started

6.1 Strictly Prohibited

The following activities are completely prohibited on the kdbd platform:

• Operating an account on behalf of a minor
• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Abusing the bonus system or making fraudulent bonus claims
• Hacking, manipulation or exploitation of technical vulnerabilities in the platform
• Using the platform for money laundering or as a channel for illegal funds
• Deceiving or harassing other users
• Using automated bots or software
• Abusive behaviour toward our staff

7.1 Data Collection and Use

7.2 Sharing Information with Third Parties

• Natural disasters or other unavoidable circumstances

11.2 Limitation of Damages

kdbd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages beyond direct losses. In the event of loss due to a technical error, kdbd is only obligated to refund the amount of the affected bet.

12.1 Right to Make Changes

kdbd reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Notice of significant changes will be provided on the platform.

12.2 Consent After Changes

Continued use of the platform after any change to the terms and conditions will be considered as your agreement to the new terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please request to close your account.
